This episode we sat down with Emma Cifuentes, a Boston Career Institute Alumni.

Emma Cifuentes is the Chief Operating Officer of Progressive Dental Management, a Dental Partnership Organization supporting practices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.She started her journey in the dental field 10 years ago, and has worked in various roles within the organization. She has developed key initiatives throughout different segments within the organization in both general dentistry as well as specialties. Her leadership and operational expertise continue to be a platform for PDM’s growth.

She has a special interest in dental compliance, implants, pediatric general anesthesia, sleep apnea and dental assisting.
